Shipments:

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-10 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via eDHL or DHL. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns:

A mistake on our part will be refunded 100%. If you are not happy for any reason, feel free to return the item upon receiving the purchase, for refund (up to 14 days from the time you receive it), excluding the shipping costs (in the case where you don’t ship with free shipping). A refund will be given once we receive the item unused in its original condition. Please make sure you use a bubble-wrap mailer and tracking service when sending any items back.

2. Return fees will be paid by the Customer returning the goods.
